Awesome customer support! The delivery company didn‘t manage to deliver my package. I kindly asked the customer service if it would be possible to get a second product send to me. Within half a day I got an answer and they immediately send another package to me with another delivery company - and without any costs for me. I only used the serum for less than one week, so I cant review the serum itself (only that I didn’t get any allergic reactions or dark circles which ist great). Thanks to the kind and extremely helpful customer service!

Das Wimpernserum ist einsame Spitzenklasse. Nach vielen Fehlversuchen mit anderen Marken, kann ich dieses uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nach ungefähr 10 Tagen sieht man einen sehr deutlichen Unterschied. Zudem erfolgt die Lieferung super schnell. Ich bestelle nun schon zum zweiten Mal und gerne wieder. Hundert Punkte.

i‘ve been using it since two weeks and it seems to work. the only thing is, I dont think its 9ml.. seems a bit less to me. but nice product! other lashserums made my eyes red and irritated.
